Employ+Ability, Inc. is a manufacturer of medical specialty products such as hot and cold packs and pregnancy test kits. The company mission is to provide employment for persons with disabilities.

The 2000 Annual Report uses photos that focus on the faces of employees. We profiled several employees whose stories reveal that, although they happen to have disabilities, they feel the same sense of accomplishment in a job well done. They are, in fact, not so different after all.
